Vycavert® (hydrocodone bitatrate/APAP) Tablets

Vycavert® is an immediate release opioid analgesic tablet with a proposed indication for relief of moderate-to-severe pain and is designed to introduce limits and impediments to potential abuse via nasal snorting of crushed tablets and intravenous injection of dissolved tablets.  Vycavert® contains two active analgesics: the opioid hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen (APAP).

Status

King Pharmaceuticals Research and Development, Inc. (King), our development and commercialization partner licensed Vycavert® in December 2008.

Development Program

Ongoing development, manufacture and commercialization of Vycavert® Tablets is the responsibility of King.
